Ethos (WIP)
Ethos is a residential development in Metrotown. 306 units, distributed between a 39-storey tower and 4-storey low-rise building. We are providing thermal duct insulation for the entire project. Work in progress.
Harmony (WIP)
Harmony Apartments at 15145 20 Ave. in Surrey will offer 18 studios, 42 one-bedroom, 24 two- bedroom and seven three-bedroom homes. We are providing thermal duct insulation for the entire project. Work in progress.

A quiet Japanese aesthetic harmonizes with modern West Coast living. Modern wood frame mid-rise in Vancouver. Insulation for 100+ suites, throughout common space and parkade. located on West 28th
The Bailey
6 story wood frame mid-rise in Vancouver featuring studio to 3 bedroom flex homes. Insulation for 100+ suites with HRVs, common space and parkade. Located at Quebec Street and 33rd Avenue.
The Saint George
5-storey, mixed-use lowrise featuring 79 condos & 12 townhomes. Insulation installed throughout suites with ERVs, common space and parkade. Located at 2471 St George St, Vancouver.
Oakridge Park
A shopping district and development at 41st and Cambie in Vancouver. We have completed insulation for multiple commercial projects at this location, including Swarovski, Sisley Paris, and Versace.
Qayquot School
Insulation throughout an institutional renovation and expansion in a New Westminster school. FSK thermal wrap and board were installed to the highest QA standards.
CBIC Brentwood
Duct insulation completed at CIBC's high-traffic location in the heart of the busy Brentwood Mall district, Burnaby.
Little Mountain AB
This designer low rise is a new construction project consisting of 48 suites, a daycare on the first floor and a community gathering area on the 2nd floor. Insulation installed throughout all suites and commercial space.
Pathways
The project at 5491 No. 2 Rd. is the result of a partnership between BC Housing, the City of Richmond and Pathways Clubhouse Society. 24 studios, 36 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units and 5 three-bedroom units. FSK and outdoor insulation installed.
CF Pacific Centre
A large shopping centre located in Vancouver's downtown core. We have installed insulation for projects at this location - commercial tenant improvements and expansions.
Royal Centre
Royal Centre (aka RBC Towers) is a complex at 1055 West Georgia Street in Vancouver's Financial District. We have completed a wide range of commercial TI's at this location - ranging from thermal FSK to firetrap.
PAH
Peace Arch Hospital is a 146-bed acute care facility, and Level IV trauma centre owned and operated by Fraser Health. FSK and firetrap provided for a multiphase project, 2026.
Rocky Mountain Medical Clinic
Thermal duct wrap installed at the renovation of a medical clinic located in North Vancouver.
